1. Charge battery to 4.2V and after 24 hours' keeping the voltage be 4.05~ 4.07 V.

2. Put the cell on the puncture platform, connected the Cathode and Anode byFLUKE17B multimeter, the Voltage can be seen in the video; Put the Thermal coupling on the surface of the cell, connected by the FLUKE17B multimeter ,the beginning temperature can be seen in the Video.

3. Use the puncture platform hammer the steel pin into the center of the battery, temperature will rise, no fire or explode between the testing.
